I was educated at Dana College and Northwestern University in Psychology and Theology and worked for small entrepreneur organizations as well as in the corporate offices of Marriott, Intercontinental Hotels and ADP. I've served as the Chief People Officer for DeGeorge Financial Corporation in NYC, Miller Zell, Inc. in Atlanta and RCLCO in DC.
I founded Jackson Career/Life Coaching at the beginning of 2008 as a way to assist displaced professionals in the Atlanta market through job transition coaching. By the end of 2008 I went national, virtually coaching clients throughout the USA, helping them with their resumes, social media/social networking, and developing job search strategies.
My "asset-based thinking" approach has enabled me to be more of a visionary for my clients, so they can see the bigger picture, work toward the greater good and see positive outcomes more easily in their current situations.
